AHHH!! alpha camp! its over! = (

alpha camp was so so great! =)) i can't use any word to describe it! it was such a great experience and i had loads of fun!

alpha camp. 8th-11th december 2004

day one

my group was La vie! it means life in french.
valene, yuan tying, paul, melody, victor and shiyun and guofa were in my group!
my group totally rocked! everyone is nice! =)

silent hour
it was so so meaningful to me.
really a wonderful experience.
i thought of so many things which i never thought before...
"The world will ask u who u are. and if u do not know, the world will tell u"
who am i exactly?
i have no answer to that.
what am i truely searching for in life? happiness?
am i willing to pay everything for it? even my life?
do i even have joy in my heart?
all these questions were so impactful...
but sad. i felt like crying...

after that, we sang songs and played some games...

day two
we had this "amazing race" thingy around chinatown and some other parts of singapore...
it was so super tiring...
the whole entire amazing race had a very meaningful lesson.
no matter how hard we try to search for what we want in life, in the end, we would still need to turn to God...

day three
we watched this movie which was very touching...
it affirmed me that no matter wad problems i have, i can always count on God to share my burdens.

next was the preparation for talent night!
the whole process of preparing was really fun!

talent night.
every group was good and funny.
very entertaining... =)

campfire.
it was fun too! haha.

all night long.
i didn't sleep the whole night cause it was the last night of camp...
it was really fun!
i totally enjoyed myself the whole night. =)

day four
last day of camp...
we had a short service then it was sharing...
sharing was really very sad.
everyone just poured out their feelings and everyone was just upset that the camp was ending...

after that we took group pictures and sang praises and dance along with the music.
i felt like everyone was one big family.
i felt so loved.

alpha camp rocks!
